Samiel is a Construct. He has been created through the use of Magical energies to perfectly merge matter and light energy. This gives him several advantages.
-Can survive in any atmosphere
-Pl never decreases: basically, like all creatures they have a certain amount of PL... however, when they use their Ki in blasts... their Pl level will not decrease.
-No transformations
-Able to absorb Ki based attacks but when doing so, they cannot move and cannot attack. When they absorb an attack; they can either add it to their maximum PL

restore their speed or stamina.

Characters story:
Samiel was created long ago, before most of the worlds became inhabited. His original purpose was to be a fail safe against anything that might threaten the known existence. His creators were the Kaioshin. They used their magic to fuse matter and light energy, and form it into a sentient being. Samiel was not created to follow orders like a machine, or to carry out someone else's will. He was only designed to guard and defend. The Kaioshin left his personality development open to his own creation.
Samiel had been 'asleep' ever sense his creation. It has only been recently when the universe was destroyed that he had been awakened. He now searches to restore the universe. He doesn't care about anything else. He has no code of conduct nor any ethics. He has recently learned that the Dragon Balls are the best hope to restore the universe, so now he searches for them.
