In water they heal, and are practically immortal unless you kill them in their siren form. They contact with other sirens for help or to gather the troops.

Characters Techniques:
Water/fire manipulation: manipulation large amounts of sea or fresh water. She uses it to combat and like a slide to increase her speed. Also sending it through organs to drown a human. She can manipulate fire but it dries her out faster, this is due to her dragon side.
Immortality: you can only kill her in her siren form
Triton: using water, she can make a sharp triton that sends over 1.5 million volts through the persons flesh when struck. It can expand for distance
Flying: Dragon wings
Tough skin: dragon tough skin.

Water twister: capturing her prey in this, she shocks them with electricity.

Characters story:
Melody her real name was Akashuna, meaning to her people as dragons child. She was treated as kindly but as an outcast to pure blooded sirens. Her mother was a siren and her father was a dragon. Her father went back to hell, as she was left to be raised by her mother as she took her mother’s side more than her father’s. Melody was part of nobility almost royalty to her people that lived under the sea in a hidden place called atlantis. It was a secret; she lived for a long time only having contact with her father when she spoke into a mirror that was given to her by her father from hell. She developed a nasty temper when people would insult her, but she would hold her head with pride. She loved her people, the people that cared about her. She lived for many years, had many lovers but no children.
Melody could go on land, but her problem was that she needed to stay near the water. Melody would use her lovely voice to lure people to the sea for their deaths. But over time, Melody began to sing cause she wanted to for people. One day though the government found out what she was, and they followed one of her people. The humans led by a saiyan and namek, destroyed her homeworld. One by one she watched as they were killed. Those she loved, but the last straw was when they killed her mother and destroyed her home place. Melody watched as the siren she had fallen for as well, died. She had been betrothed and they killed her mate and her family. Out of revenge her dragon side took over. Baring her fangs, even the saiyan nor namek could stop her. She tore the humans and the two men limb from limb. Till their was nothing left. After that, she started killing humans. Keeping towards the sea, and destroying what she could for 200 years. The last of her race, and she vowed to kill all whom took what she loved the most. She lives along the shore of japan with a pet great white that waits for its next meal, and a human named Kyoya that keeps her secret as long as she doesn’t kill him. He was her slave and gave her the money to hide.She trained each day with her skills and weapons. Taking out political leaders, her eyes were now set on the warriors on earth.
