Description and History:
What would happen if a man had stared at the infinite wisdom of the universe and allowed all that was in it to consume him? This is what a Heisho is, spawns of the mad man who knew everything. They are a proud race, not quite as proud as saiyans, but they do see a bit of a hierarchy with them leaning towards the top. They are a part of a strange religion that believes in knowledge being the only justice, and that those who are the smartest should kill the weak. It's a religion that takes natural selection in its own hands.
The Heisho appear to be angels without wings or halos. Each Heisho has pale skin with a sort of warm glow to it. They have smiles that melt hearts mixed with glares that could kill. They are usually fragile looking. In fact, most people underestimate Heisho's because they have very little muscle, just about enough so that they don't look like they're starving. Still, Heisho's are quite strong physically, and its rumored that the glow that is sometimes around them is actually strength radiating from their body.
While they get stronger, their ki takes an odd shape. The ki actually seems to turn into a right wing. It is unknown whether or not this serves a purpose to anyone outside of the race. Actually, most people in the race don't know why this is either. Some people say that the race is a half breed of angels and humans, the race believes its just evolution.
Abilities:

Requirements: None
Description: Basic to every race. It involves finding energy within ones self and then forcing it out of the Dan Tien and into circulation around the body. This produces whipping aura and is accompanied by the sound of raw energy destroying molecules in the air.
Trance of the Moor
Requirements: During Ki Wing transformation
Description: The Trance of the Moor is a very powerful attack. The wing crafted from ki dissentigrates into what looks like fireflies, but are actually small orbs of bright ki. The ki goes around the users hands, turning into gauntlets. These gauntlets can reflect ki attacks and add quite a punch to the user's attacks.
Dance of the Heavens
Requirements: During Ki Wing Transformation
Description: The Trance of the Spring is a variant to the Trance of the Moor. Like in that skill, the wing evaporates into fireflies and gathers around the users hand. However, unlike the other, the ki then becomes a katana. The katana is still made of ki, so it is a lot like an energy sword. However, this sword has absolutely no weight, so the user runs and flies at an extremely fast speed.
Transformations:
Ki Wing [x2.8 power level]
Requirements: 14,000 PL
Description: This is the first transformation that the Heishio's have. In this transformation, the ki aura around the Heishio fighter becomes what looks like an angel's wing that comes from the right side of their body. This wing can be used to protect the user's front, but does a horrible job at defending the back. The wing can stretch based off of the user's ki, but will not damage someone if it hits them. The stretching would only be for a greater shield.
Broken Star [x3.2 power level, x1.2 ki]
Requirements: 90,000 PL
Description: The Grand Angel is the second strongest transformation the Heishio's have. In this form, the Heishio's right arm first glows brightly. Anyone who looks at the arm is prone to slight blindness, much like the solar flare. After a second, the arm dulls into an extremely dark aura, and the wing glows the same form of black.
Hushed [x4.5 power level, x2.2 ki control, x1.2 strength, x1.2 speed + Power Level Hide, Slight damage each post]
Requirements: 235,000 PL
Description: The final transformation, and darkest, of the Heishio race. Much like the founder, once the Heishio's discover the truth, they are no longer allowed to talk. In this forms, chains made of ki wrap around the transformer's body, slowly burning it. The Heishio also has a glow cover their mouth, signifying a silence they must keep. Their eyes become a dark blue, their dark aura vanishes, and others sense their power levels as almost gone, as if the person was dead. The chains allow the user to move normally, and provide more of a defense then anything else.
