Zurako was ready to test his strength abit more. He ran to the local gymnast training school so he could have enough room to move around. First thing he did after walking through the door was walk straight to the bathroom and change into the training clothes. His joints and muscles were surprised at the weight at first, but after jumping up in down in the bathroom abit, they could move through their full range of motion. He first did some basic forward lunges, bending his front knee and kneeling down while his back leg was fully extrended with the foot still flat on the ground. This was quite abit more difficult with the much higher amount of weight, but Zurako pushed through it and continued on anways. He then switched to the right leg and did the lunges again, feeling his balance move off abit before his warmed up muscles adjusted. He then switched too a handstand stance and instantly felt his arms pump up more then usual. He could move up and down a little easier after his first set of stretches.
Zurako noticed his heart wasnt beating as hard either, these training clothes were really working quite effective and worked quickly. Now time for the serious stuff, he was too lazy to get a dummy, so he shadow fought instead. He first practiced a basic forward kick, left leg burning as it quickly adjusted to the various tiny movements during the kick to keep balance. Zurako tried again and saw that his leg didnt seem to strain so much from balancing. Switching to the left leg for kicking, the same things happened once again. His upper thigs were getting more bloodflow and started to pump up more as he worked on these kicks for a few more sets. He changed to practicing flying side kicks off the wall before large dents started to appear. Zurako's legs were feeling like jelly from all this activity, so he started to work on his core and strengthening and improving flexibility at the same time.
Lying on the ground, he forced his whole body except for his head, to rise into the air through the power of his abdominal muscles, he could really feel the muscles work and start to pump up just like when he practiced the kicks and such. He noticed that his energy was starting to drain abit and guessed he could go for another 16 hours before the lactic acid would build up to its limits and he would have to flush it out. He continued practicing this ab move to improve the torquing motion when he punched,kicked, or did anything else that involved his core with more effeciency. His upper and lower abdomen area were really starting to burn from this after awhile. Legs were worn out and slowly recovering, his arms are still quite jelly, and now his abdomen was feeling it. Zurako knew he had to work his neck and back to really improve his base.
Resting his head over the edge of a platform, and tying his boots to a strap around his neck, Zurako turned his head left and right fully, holding it for 15 seconds before turning the other way while always keeping his head upright. 3 sets of 60 reps with a rest in between each, and his neck muscles even seemed to pump up more, and Zurako felt as if he could take a trained head on with no problem, perhaps he could? His heart rate continued to slow down a little bit more at rest as the cardiovascular system pumped more and more blood for every contraction. His lungs were burning from the strenuos activity, but that was just it, they were burning and not letting him feel as out of breath as he used too. 76 Hours of training so far and noticeable improvments were showing up all over his body after only an hour or two of focused activity.
