Planet you want to start on: Planet Earth

Characters story: Dr. Gero wouldn't make the mistake again. He had miscalculated, and Cell turned against him, and almost destroyed the planet. That would not be the case with his newest radiation project, which he would name Nuclear. He was made from extra-terrestrial and atomic, neuroexplosive, and nuclear materials, all bound into one war-built android. Soon after Dr. Gero died, Nuke had to begin to fend for himself as he matured.

As he grows on, he plans to create the Utopia his creator desired, branching off his ideals so that he can rule the world. He is not power hungry, but instead is patient. He slowly wants to accomplish this plan, not bottomfeed his way to the top, only searching for power. This is different from doing anything for power, as he just wishes to accomplish his goals, though power would be nice as well, he just doesn't want to cheat his way to the top, unlike other bad guys.
