Zurako flew to a place away from the fight that was about to begin and began think and focus about being 20 feet infront of himself instantly. He heard a weird sound and found himself only half that distance infront of himself. Zuko tried again while practicing flying moves and found he could sprint forward a little better, but it took some effort. He found himself quite abit further ahead from were he was as he kept focusing on specific Ki signatures.

Zurako continued to focus harder and harder and found he could go further and further from his previous position the more he focused on the Ki signature, and not just on teleporting. Like a fly sensing a flame or light, he couldnt help but feel like he should be near the ki he locked onto, which happened to teleport him too some old martial arts master, who was slightly surprised by his sudden appearance. "Eh? Oh you're learning that Instant teleport technique thing? Well dont stand here, go on or something.." And the old man walked back into his Dojo. Zuko found that if he locked on and concentrated abit, he would be there before he even realised it.

He began to try and focus on further and further distances, after praciticing for a few hours, he found he could transverse the planet with ease.

Zurako started to notice his sensing of Ki had improved as a result of learning this technique. He then started too focus on Namek and found a large Ki signature, he instantly appeared there, the Nameks were surprised by his appearance, especially of a Saiyan, but they continued thier work. Zuko was kind freaked out and focused ironically on the old martial arts Ki again, disappearing for a brief second and re-appearing back on earth.
