Characters story: Zura'ell, Zura for short, was created by Dr Gero and was to be activated if Cell was ever to fail. Due to Dr Gero's earlier than expected death Zura could never be fully completed so he was left without knowing anything about Planet Earth, His mission and without any techniques. To Zura he is just a giant Bug not knowing anything about what he will one day become.

Because of Zura's incomplete status he is not bad or good. He does whatever he thinks is right and whatever he can to survive. He can still be turned Good or Evil so depending on who he first makes friends with depends on the fate of most Humans on Planet Earth.
